We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for online, phone and fax orders, PayPal online. For mail-in orders, we accept personal checks, money orders and certified bank drafts, all in US dollars. We do not ship COD. To prevent unauthorized use of credit card numbers, we confirm account billing addresses for purchases of $100 or more. Online - To place an item in your shopping cart, click the dollar amount under Add to Cart. This opens a new window that lists the item/s you've ordered and our shipping rates. You can then Continue Shopping or go to check-out. Click on VIEW CART in the top right corner of the page to review your order, make changes and continue shopping or go to check-out. Order By Phone - Please call us toll-free at 888-220-2927 and we'll be happy to answer your questions and take your order over the phone. Order By E-mail, Fax or snail-mail - Please call us first, toll-free 888-220-2927, for instructions. Most of our product lines are imported from Europe. Policies of the companies we represent and currency fluctuations influence our pricing, which is subject to change.
Orders are processed via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) by 1ShoppingCart.com, a VeriSign-approved Web-based shopping cart. Additional security is implemented when orders are received. We will accept your return if the item is in its original condition and shipped via UPS or FedEx. This is to minimize damage on return in order to re-sell the item. However, we CAN NOT accept returns of personal care products once they've been opened, a standard consumer protection throughout the cosmetics industry. Consider items personal care if by opening them they are no longer hygienically safe, such as soaps, shaving brushes, creams, lotions, perfumes, etc. We do not attempt to re-sell personal care products to our in-store or online customers. Therefore, once opened, these items must be discarded, representing a significant cost to Enchante and an imposition to other customers, as many of our products are imported and in limited supply as a result. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, call us and we will answer your questions. If a refund is due, we will apply the amount of purchase, including tax, to your credit card or issue a company check. Shipping fees will not be refunded. If the item you order is not in stock, we'll ship it as soon as it arrives. If you ordered multiple items, one of which is out of stock, we'll hold the entire order until it can be shipped complete, which can save you money on shipping fees. However, if you prefer, we'll ship the order as-is and send the back-ordered item when it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, we need to hear from you by phone, E-mail or fax within 48 hours. You then have 2 weeks to send the damaged item/s back to us. We will send a replacement as soon as it's received. If the outer carton shows any signs of damage, please contact the shipping carrier immediately. We do not sell, trade or otherwise share information about our customers or visitors to EnchanteOnline. You may request removal from our E-mail list at any time by calling our toll-free number or sending a message to enchantetx@sbcglobal.net. Is something phishy? Any e-mail communication you receive from EnchanteOnline will come directly from us and only to facilitate your order or provide information relevant to our company. DO NOT respond to any e-mail message requesting personal information from anyone claiming to represent Enchante of Austin, TX or EnchanteOnline unless you're certain it's from us.
